A $200 deposit reserves your date, and the final payment is due 14 days before the event. We accept checks, money orders and major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Date changes are free with at least 30 days' notice, subject to booth availability. If you cancel, the deposit isn't refunded, but it can be applied to a future rental booked within 90 days.
Churches and non-profits receive discounted rates, and so do Monday–Thursday events. Call us for details.
Yes — we're open to ideas, and the church and non-profit discounts apply.
Yes, with $2,000,000 in liability insurance.
Not really. Ideally it's within 50 feet of a power outlet, and we pick the best spot with your venue contact before the event. The booths are heavy, so they need a hard surface.
Yes, with shelter — a tent or an overhang. We can usually provide a cover for a small fee. The booths run on electricity, so they can't be left open to the weather.
Plan on one to two hours before your start time. Special requirements can add a little.
No. Setup and removal are included in the price.
The Steampunk, Chameleon (White Booth) and Saloon booths are — their entrances are wide enough for a wheelchair. The Art Deco booth is not.
It varies by booth; each booth's page lists its capacity. The Saloon and Steampunk booths are stand-up and take large groups; the Art Deco seats three to four.
Yes — a 40-inch flat screen is available free with the enclosed booths. Plenty of clients skip it; the privacy inside the booth is part of the fun.
Yes. Touch-screen prompts guide guests, photos appear within seconds and prints are waiting outside. A professionally dressed attendant is there to help and keep things running.
Follow the on-screen prompts: choose color or black-and-white, pick the number of copies, and smile through the countdown. The attendant is always nearby.
Yes — every package includes at least one on-site host for the whole event.
Yes. We'll plan it with you ahead of time — a ticket system works well if the kids are monopolizing it.
Our on-site host fixes it fast, and we bring backup equipment so the booth keeps running.
Printing starts the moment a session ends — about 15 to 20 seconds per print.
Yes. Professional camera, studio lighting and a dye-sublimation printer give clear, vibrant prints with natural color.
Yes, with every package. The only limit is how fast guests can get ready, pose and step out.
Prints are 4 × 6 with three or four pictures per print, customized for each client.
Yes — an event name, logo, date, or a photo of the couple or honoree. We review the design with you and only proceed with your approval.
Yes. Set it in advance or let guests pick — they can always go again for the other.
Yes, to a free, password-protected online gallery where you and your guests can view, download and print them.
Usually within 24 to 48 hours; we aim for the next day.
Yes. We don't sell photos — print them, save them, share them.
Yes. Because minors may see the gallery, we remove photos that didn't develop properly. Tell us before or soon after the event if you have specific requests.

Please do. Props that reference inside jokes are always the hit of the night.
At the end of the event you take home a scrapbook of event photos with personalized guest messages. We guide guests through filling it in and bring everything needed — you just need space for a small table near the booth. It's a $150 add-on.
